Dangers of Fad Dieting- Adkins Doesn't Work!

I think there are a LOT of myths about the Atkins diet. Many believe it is little to no carbs and that simply is not true if you follow the plan that Dr. Atkins wrote. I did Atkins for almost a year and while I agree its very hard to do it long term, those side effects seem a little bogus to me. If you follow the plan, you eat more vegetables than anything. I did eat meat, but you can do it with lean meats,turkey, chicken, fish, etc. I think it depends all on how you do it.
