Are there any low carbers out there?
Low carb is really the only thing that works for me due to insulin resistance. Lord knows i don't want to become diabetic. LOOOOOOKING 4 supporters!!

Hello! I re-started Atkins on Monday. What plan are you following??

I was following atkins. I had a set back. Now I am gonna try south beach. I have insulin issues too and low carb works well for me. I just think atkins is a little too strict because i am not a big egg fan. Good luck!

HI Jill. I follow the Southbeach plan and having done it for sooooo long and having done Atkins too, I find Southbeach much easier to follow. I wish you the best with it!

I am also following Atkins. I'm on day 7 of induction. Welcome!!! lol I'm also new and looking for some low carb supporters.

I am doing Atkins. I have completed 3 weeks, but I had to start induction over after a "carb fill weekend" at the end of my 2nd week. I need some Atkins support, because it can be tricky figuring out what to eat if you don't feel like eating meat that day or something.

atkins and a blend of south beach work well. On south beach you can have yogurt(kroger low carb) or cottage cheese. Plus there are plenty of recipes for flax meal muffins. which are low carb and not half bad. just scan the south beach friends web site for ideas. good luck!!!!!!!!!
