Master Cleanse

Has anyone tried the Master Cleanse "Diet"? I know I've read up on it and heard from 2 friends of mine that had positive results from it. I was wondering if anyone here tried it and how their experience was? I'm a little nervous about it, but at the same time it seems like it'd be a great way to start off weight loss! It's also known as the Lemonade Diet. So what do you think about it?
