RE: Tried soooooo many programs
I, too, am on Weight Watchers. I do the Flex or Points plan. Actually I am following the way it was when it first came out over 5 years ago. It is very easy to follow, and is very very flexible. You can have any food you want - but usually want to stick with lower calories, lower fat and higher fiber.Some of my favorite things are meatless burgers, meatless burger crumbles (for tacos, spagetti sauce, meatloaf), Kashi Good Friends cereal (for snacking on), Subway Veggie Delite sub sandwiches, Baja Fresh Tostado Salad (minus shell, quacamole, sour cream and cheese), Baja Fresh Ensalada salad (minus cheese and dressing-and add on a cup of pico de gallo in place of dressing)....baked Oreida (sic) crinkle fries, stuffed bell peppers and so on. I'm making myself hungry. Anyway, it is a wonderful program (I don't go to meetings-don't like them myself), did do the program online 5 years ago when I lost 80 lbs (gained it back because I stopped using the program).
