I love those cottage cheese doubles they are only 4pts or sometimes I have a granola bar for 4pts or one of those breakfast bars* like Nutri Grain bars those are only 3pts.* I try to go lighter for breakfast so I can have a better lunch and dinner.

I was doing light yogurt with grapenuts in it which I just kept in the fridge at work but then I got bored.*Recently, I have brought a loaf of*whole wheat bread to work and have been making 2 pieces of wheat toast with margarine. That seems to be a great change. You could even do one piece of toast and a light yogurt.

I have set my coffee pot on a timer. That way, the coffee is ready when I wake up And since drinking that first cup of coffee makes me hungry, I never leave the house without breakfast. My favorite: fruit juice and a slim fast.

I like the Special K bars... they are only 2 points, and they tend to last me till lunch time.* I also like lite wheat toast (Sara Lee has one that is only 1 point for 2 slices).* I put I Can't Believe it isn't Butter spray on them!* Yummy!*

Pria bars are acctually pretty good and really low points also (I think like 3)* They are like protein type bars so they really keep your hunger in check till lunch time.* They work for me anyways and Im constantly thinking of food.* They taste pretty good too, I really liek the vanilla ones
