Medifast

I am starting the Medifast diet next week when my items arrive. I had a friend who did the diet and she lost 35 pounds in a very short time and has learned to keep the weight from coming back. Has anyone else used the Medifast diet and how did it work for you. I am just trying to make sure that it is not a fluke that it worked so well.
