Hi everybody

Well here is my dilemma. I what to lose about 20 pounds (BUT) I don't want to start working out like a mad women. I know I know that's bad not wanting to work out but I am realy busy all the time and it realy isn't a option. Sooo a coworker I know lost 40 pound in about a month and a half which he just finished. Hi linda, My wife and me have tryed the zonemanhattan program. And my wife loved it I guess that would be a women's point of view. Why she loved it I'm not sure but she did and is still on 2 months and counting. As for me I'm very picky about my food and I don't like fish AT ALL. but this program has not slipped up yet on including fish in my meal which is very very good. I hate fish. And the reason I bring this up is because we used to be with a diffident company in the ny area which I would never mention or recommend to anyone. And there service was poor all they did was screw up my meals as I specificly mention NO FISH. So that only lasted a week.
