Can anyone answer a question about TOPS for me?

Is it true that you do not have to do their program? I know their program is like the old WW exchanges (I lost 90 lbs on that).
I do not have a WW center near me and the smaller meetings that they do have for WW here are not convenient for me (plus I used to work for them so don't want to go back.....long story) however TOPS has a meeting here that would be perfect day/time for me.

Anyone?

I did tops years ago. From what I remembe you can do any diet plan. They are there to support whatever plan you do.
