Default RE: diet pills

If you are trying to give your metabolism a boost, instead of using diet pills, try eating 6 small meals a day. For me, I eat 6, 200 calorie meals a day and my metabolism is " ON FIRE"! I have so much more energy and it sustains me throughout the day. I make sure that I pair a protein with a carb at every meal.
