My calorie calculator says with my height and weight that to maintain my weight....I can eat 2863 calories ( Um, NO ) to loose I must stay under 1976. It seems no matter how I try, I can't.
I am so stinkin' frustrated..... praying that things look up. BTW, afraid to weigh in.. afraid that no progress will just really discourage me.

i would stick to 1200-1500 if you can......
im doing it......
im not really hungry either.....
im just saying to myself that his is a lifetime change....im not going to change the amount i eat......my body is getting used to eating little and thats what i wanted.....
ive even ate out and it still works.....just watch the calories...
