I'm a great fan of Weight Watchers Flex plan. I follow the guidelines from over 5 years ago...and find that it is a great flexible program for me....allowing me to eat pretty much what I want. I lost 80 lbs on it....my downfall was that I was feeling pretty good about myself and wanted to start going out to some nightclubs with my best friend. Well, alcohol and I should not meet when trying to lose weight....it just doesn't work for me. So I ended up gaining back that 80 lbs and have to start over again. But I get to have a lot of great "standby"s that are easy and very very satifying: Baja Fresh, Subway, Starbucks, Kashi's Good Friend's cereal (I use to snack on), homemade tacos with Morningstar Recipe Crumbles and some of the great low point (high fiber/low fat) tortillas on the market today. It is wonderful! I have done many diets before-last one was LA Weight Loss. I don't care for it...it is too restrictive - and I have tons of bars that I need to use up (luuckily they are good-just very high in points). I love Weight Watchers - although I don't go to meetings - I found them boring. Last time I joined the Weight Watchers Online program for $15 a month....and used the tools and support I received through that - it worked great! Good luck to all of you.
