They do have WW carb smart meals at the grocery store.
I just posted a low carb diet ... its very easy to remember but strict. It shows results quick.

I believe the whole premises of the Weight Watchers CORE plan is low carb...
They have a pre approved list of foods you choose from...

The CORE plan, you pretty much eat from a list of pre approved items...NO POINTING...And then you are allowed some flext points to use for your carbs if you want too...
The flex plan assigns a point value to EVERY food and you are allowed so many points per day, AND 35 flex points per week...
A food journal is the key for the flex plan...
Keeping the list handy is the key to the CORE plan. I have never tried the core plan, as I dont do well only eating certain food groups...
I enjoyed the flex plan because I ate whatever I wanted, in moderation, as long as I kept tabs of the points. I started treating the points like money, and you would be amazed how you start hoarding them...SURE. YOu can have a chocolate bar, but you find you dont want to spend all your points on that, so you instead spread them out on something healthy...
Weight Watchers truly is one of the best commerical diet plans out there and one of the most successful at KEEPING it off...And no I do not work for them![I
