Anyone else losing weight partly because of health Issues?..

Hi,
I'm a total newbie here, but was curious if anyone else was trying to lose weight for medical reasons?
I have endometriosis and IBS and find the lower my weight the less symptoms I have for both conditions. When I last lost weight and was around 150 or so I had hardly ANY symptoms (shorter period, hardly any pain every..it was awesome). Now that i'm closer to 190 I just have pain all the time and my periods are super long and heavy. Although I want to lose weight to look good and be healthy...for me a HUGE part is to feel better physically from my conditions....ANYONE ELSE?
