I had problems with IBS as well.... bad bloating really uncomfortable. As soon as I started low carb I felt my abdomen shrink considerably. I bet if I had myself tested they would find I celiacs or something... I just can\'t eat wheat at all or I get weird cramps I can\'t pin point.... But anywho.. thats all gone now!!
