I need help with my iron!

Wow...that's an older post....but if anyone still needs the info, one way of getting iron added naturally to your diet is by using cast iron cookware...NOT porcelain coated, but the kind your Granny probably used (the Dr also told me this). If you can't find any in the cookware dept, you can always find it in the camping section. I have always used it, as did my Mom, & mother-in-law. It cooks differently than non-stick, but when you get used to how it cooks, you may not want to use anything else. (I currently use the same skillet my in-laws used the 70's)
