Default Snacking.

When u feel like snacking... or are really hungry between meals...
Grab ur cerial... (low fat ones... Weet-a-bixs, musli, shredded wheat.)

Monday - Weet-a-bixs & Strawberries with skimmed milk.
Tuesday - Musli & banana with Skimmed milk.
Wednesday - Shredded Wheat & Peaches with Cream.
Thursday - Weet-a-bixs & smoothie!
Friday - Weet-a-bixs & Apple, banana & grapes.
Saturday - Shredded Wheat & Approcots.
Sunday - Musli with Winter/summer fruits...

Try them... for breakfast or lunch...
or just for snacking... Did well for me so far...
Tasty and filling... with lower calories.

I go for Shredded Wheat biscuits, too. Especially if I get hungry in the evening. I wash them down with some instant made soup. I don\'t buy any other kinds that I like more because they\'re actually quite high on calories. Here\'s a cheap trick I use: fresh carrots. They\'re sweet and crunchy - and nothing really goes well with them, which is a good thing.
