Default WW? anyone?

Hi, My name is Katie and I am new here. This is a neat site! I was just wondering if anyone else was going Weight Watchers? ......

Welcome. I still follow the plan but don\'t go to meetings. The way we travel, it\'s hard to keep up with the meetings!

Welcome to BuddySlim!! I know there are a lot of people on here who go to WW meetings and are following the plan strictly. I\'m like Mary, I used to go to meetings but now I follow a modified version of the plan that works really well for me, and use this site for accountability!

Katie - You have to find what works for you...whether it\'s a strict structured plan or a modification of some other plan. If it doesn\'t work, fix it so it does, or try something else.
WW abandoned the idea of \'banking\' points a while back. They say not to do that anymore. But I find forcing myself to eat all my points, even if I\'m not hungry, was doing more harm than good. And if I bank those extra points and use them on a \'splurge\' day, I seem more able to stay OP and make progress.

I just started WW AGAIN! I always have luck with it, but then fall off the WWWagon. My thing is snacking. I love to graze. I\'m a true cow in that aspect. LOL. WW seems to be the best way to go. .

I was doing ww on my own for a while, but quit doing it. I lost my Willpower. Now that I have found this site i\'m hoping to start doing it again. I am doing Flexpoints at home, but have never went to a meeting.

I love WW! I just joined 3 weeks ago and it's the best decision of my life. I have lost 12 pounds so far and I know that's only the beginning. I do attend the meetings and I quite enjoy them...I have a really great leader, so she makes it fun. I also love the fact that the leaders have been there, they know where you're coming from. Also, WW IS NOT a diet, it's a life style. I am making healthier choices and able to not feel nauseated because I have to eat food that will make me puke! I haven't stuck to a program for this long ever, so I can't wait to see what's gonna happen a year from now!
