Thanks
I had pretty much the same issues. I joined online, only did it for a month & it got so confusing knowing when to eat, & how many points I should be eating at each meal in able to get them all in everyday. It just got mentally exhausting then to top it all off I gained 8lbs for the first month. I do believe the program works because I've seen the results of friends & family who have been on the program. I think most of my problem was that I am very OCD so it doesn't take much for me to get overwhelmed with information & lose my mind lol.

I have thought about giving the program another try & really sticking with it this time. We'll see how the finances go Good luck to everyone who is on program, & congrats to those who are seeing amazing results with it!

I'm doing WW and think it's the best program. I'm a lifetime member and have been for years!! Yeah, me! LOL I'm trying to get back down to 140 pounds for a 50 pound weight loss. I've managed to keep the weight off and not gain 32 pounds back but now I'd like to get out of these size 12's and into something smaller like I was over the summer.
