Default Weight Watchers

Hello! I have been starting the weight watchers diet. I also work out 3 times per week. Any support on the WW program or recipe ideas would be appreciated. Also, how does one get over the hunger that comes from decreasing your calorie intake?? I drink lots of water but still get very hungry. I know that once my body adjusts to it , it will slow down but right now I am hungry!! Thanks for any help and advice!! Kim

Eat lots of celery, carrots, cucumbers, etc. Keep them on hand to munch on when you get hungry. You can have lots of them without using up a lot of points. And keep a bottle of water where you can reach it. Don't just sip it, guzzle it.

Ice water after about 6pm, will help with your hunger pains.... It expands your stomach and intestints, making you feel full. Hope that helps. As far as snacking during the day, I put "thinspiration" on my fridge and pantry door. When I see it I get discusted with myself and just walk away... Thinspiration= Motivating Pictures of what you wished you looked liked, skinny models or celebs.

I was in the exact same situation you are in! I taped all the inspirational material in my bedroom on my mirror or next to my door. That way as I was leaving for the day the inspiration was one of the last things I saw and kept me motivated and strong. Hope this idea helps!

The "Thinspiration" idea sounds good but my problem is I live at home with my parents and my brother. Nobody supports me but my fiance. If I start putting models and quotes on the fridge and pantry my family will mock me. They will just point and make fun. They never believe in me, never support me. Any other ideas?
