Lol, I've never thought of myself as hot, or have been called hot, and it's kind of have a fun ring to it I think I am going to suggest that particular word choice to my husband.

Thank you, Eryn I think if you look within yourself and focus on yourself, your needs, wants and dreams, you will find all the motivation you need. It probably sounds cheesy, but I find that self-love, true self-love is what really makes positive things happen. Self-pity, on the other hand is my biggest enemy.... Actually, the same thing is true when I am trying to help my husband, I think.

Hi Martina, thank you I made quote a long and boring write-up in post #7 of this thread where I went in details. But generally, it's logging food, eating at BMR and sneaking in excersise in every day life Nothing extravagant, really.
