Hard work huh? but well worth it. Just wanted to say... you are looking good. I weight around 250 lbs 5 years ago, got down to 165 and then got pregnant (at 46) and was on complete bed rest for 7 months and gained much back. This is when I found this site. Congratuations.. keep up the good work. Doncha ya feel great?

Wow, you look marvelous!!! How long has this taken you to get to where you are now? I have been doing this for a year now and lost 45 pounds. I thought I'd be at goal weight by now and wasn't planning on it taking as long as it has and is taking. It may take me 3 or more years to get to goal weight, but I guess if it takes that long, at least I will get there.
