Ok sounds good.

Today started off great. I went to my Power Sculpt class at 5:45am and did an hour of cardio and strength. Then I followed it with 15 minutes of morning yoga.

Tonight I have a kickboxing followed by a yoga class. I really need the yoga to relieve my monthly cramps.
