Good Afternoon Rockstars!!!

Sorry it's already mid-day here and I haven't even been on...well, I suppose 12:11pm is hardly mid-day, but you know...when you get woken up at 6am by a hungry kitten and then are kept up cause he's just so playfull and can't understand why daddy is not as playfull...well, noon becomes mid-day! Anyway, I digress.....

I did a good bit of walking today and actaully did something a little different. I went to the local beach since it's pretty warm today. I walked about 3 miles on the paved walkway, that took about 35-40 minutes...I was rather impressed with that time. Then instead of doing more on the pavement, I decided to kick off my running shoes and head to the sand and water. I walked another 2 miles in the sand about one mile in the water ankle deep. I didn't go as fast but it sure was a workout going through the sand and water stuff.

Anyway, I worked up a good sweat and now it's time to get my stinky butt in the shower. I hope everybody is having a great day!!!
