hey buddies

just finished my 3.5 mile walk and my goals for the week are:
H2O!!
Post, blog, comment, etc
at least two more walks this week, additional workouts if possible
salad with dinner every night
do something for ME (scrap, write, read, whatever)
get the housework back on track
why is it that when i feel like my health is on track, my house is not, and vice versa ?? LOL
