Hi guys.
WOW what a crazy weekend I just had!! My daughters 6th bday was on Sat and thanks to the crazy 3D sculpture cake we made her I didn't sleep for 36hrs. I was so out of it I forgot to weigh in forgetting what day it was and since today is a day off and tomorrow a holiday here.... regardless I maintained and wouldn't have added to the total *wheuf!*
OK so this morning I got up at the crack of dawn and went for a 40Km bike ride It felt wonderful to be back on my bike but boy is my A** soar!!! LOL no pain no... um loss?
