Ok...so this will be my first week with a plan...here goes..
1. Drink 8 glasses of water each day
2. Eat less than 1200 calories each day
3. Continue walking briskly at least 10 minutes each day gradually adding more time.
4. Start a morning workout routine that includes some of the exercises from the fitness challenges provided for the team.
5. No eating after 8pm.
6. Only drink 1 or 2 small glasses of soda during the week...if that. Hopefully I can go the week without any. (this has been one of my hardest habits to break)
That's all I have come up with for now...if anyone has any other ideas about what I can do, I would appreciate any input. Thanks!
