There ya go, cats!
My plan for the week:
1. under 1450 a day
2. 64 ozs of water a day
3. vitamins daily
4. still South Beach diet phase 2.
5. do the Jillian Michaels, level 2 3 days a week
6. all workouts done in the morning
7. do 8 challenges 3 days a week
8. support and harass and cheer on my buddies!
