RE: Blues CTW----WEEK 2 THREAD
I guess I will have to crack that whip even harder this week!
My goal is to go the the YMCA everday during the week and start my weights back up again. I will do them at least 3 times this week after my 45 minutes of cardio. I will do my pilates everyday and my 60+ lunges every other day. I WILL stay 100% OP too.
My goal is to lose 2 lbs for the weigh in. (I hope to get more though)
