So here is what I just put in my blog.
I have to say though, I'm really disappointed with myself this week. I'm just not into it, I know I'm not giving it my all when I do my workouts, I know I'm only half heartedly paying attention to what I am eating, I know I'm really not holding myself accountable. I need to kick myself in the butt and get back on track. Saturday is my weigh in day, so it's a fresh start, but the start needs to be moving forward not moving backward.
I don't know what my deal is this week. I know I'm really preoccupied with work, but usually working out helps clear my head and get me back in the game.
