Hello I'm here a little upset today. I had a horrible day at work and have had alot of problems staying on track. I really cheated and went to Olive garden , I know this doesn't mean my journey to health is over but I need to get on track which I am having alot of trouble doing. I'm trying not to beat myself up too bad though because you can't change the past just do better in the future. everything will be ok i just need either a kick in the butt or a pat on the back.
