My goals for the week:
Here are my goals for the week:
1. under or as close to 1400 calories a day as I can.
2. 64 oz water a day, or more due to the heat
3. continue SB diet as much as possible, phase 2.
4. level 3 of Jillian's 30 Day Shred, Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays and Saturdays.
5. 8 team challenges Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays, and 60 Vsitups, those days
6. Vitamin
7. Long on for accountability, support and fun with my buddes, each day
8. try new fruits and veggies
9. (this should have been #1) Always pray to maintain a thankful heart!
