As for meeting other goals, my diet was good for the most part, except on Thursday. I was feeling really stressed and ended up giving in to a mini binge. I tried to do some form of exercise each day, but I have to admit it was pretty mediocre! I'll try to do better this upcoming week.

Julie sometimes you need to give yourself a little off time...don't let it last long then its harder to get back on track. But if you don't give into temptation once in a while it will make you want it more. Great job with the
1lb loss...anything is better than nothing!
