My op went well, hopefully have passed the pain stage now but still feeling tired as anaesthetic wears off. Have to take it easy till about Tuesday, so not much exercise until mid-week. Am trying to catch up with the foum and blogs. Hope everyone has a great Sunday.

I actually decided to miss church this morning.
I don't feel toooo guilty as it has only happened twice in the last year and a half. Since our church, (First Presbyterian) had a team there and almost the whole choir was on the team, I almost feel like I already went. (and I did walk 7 miles in the last two days so my feet hurt a little) So I'll say my Sunday prayers from home. I'll add you to the list of buddies who need a little extra support. Have a 'healing' weekend.
