I still have to work on the weight loss before I work on the muscle tone...lol..so you go girl! I guess some good ideas is eat healthier...lean meat like chicken or even fish if you like that. Also do your veggies and fruits of course. If you get a snack attack try one of those 100 calorie snack packs...they are good and not too bad for ya. As long as you eat them in moderation...I guess that is really the key for everything...moderation. You can do it...good luck!
