My weekly goals
* be a good buddy
* Drink 10 glasses of water
* get in 6 work outs again this week
* try to do more than 20 laps in pool
Wow Rebecca you encourage me so much with your 100 laps . I did 20 each day the last few days and I can really feel it. I think I got more work out in the 20 laps than I did 30 min on treadmill. Laps are harder than I thought they was going to be!!
