Let's see... goals for this week...
-Log everything I eat, even if I have a binge day.
-Come to the groups on my tough days instead of hiding.
-Focus on control at dinner time. ie portion control.
-Do team work out the entire week.
-Run five days this week.
-Remain in control during BBQ next weekend.
-Be a good/consistent buddy.
