I'm a little late but I wanna do what I can!

Sunday~ 1 hr. jog/walk in the park & crunches
Monday~ 20 mins. TJ & 20 minsTJ abs
Tuesday~
Wednesday~20 mins. Tj & 20 mins Tj abs
Thursday~
Friday~20 mins. jog treadmill & 30 mins TJ scuplt
Saturday~ 2 Hrs!! Jog/walk in park & more walking with DBF
