That's right Molly!
Here are my goals for the week:
1. 1200 calories
2. 64 oz of water
3. vitamin
4. 9,500 steps a day
5. cheer, razz, and support my buddies
6. remain active at home by getting monthly to do list done (pull weeds, set up water fountains, wash car)
7. Cook dinner more than eating out or getting delivery this week
I hurt my ankle while playing volleyball in the pool yesterday so I'm not sure how good my steps will be, but I'm gonna give it a try
