Great goals girly...you make me sweat just thinking about that 5miles 5 times a week! I push myself to do twice around my block which is 1/2 a mile...LOL
OK...My goals for the week
1. WATER...WATER...WATER
2. Work out 30min at least 3 times this week
3. Take my daughter for a walk every night this week
4. And last but not least...don't go nuts with my 2 nieces(7yrs and 4yrs) being here everynight this week...aaaahhhhhh!
