Hey everyone!!! I was just looking at everyones profiles and my gosh!! This team has lost a TON of weight!!! I know that I haven't been the best on the WEIGHT loss side of things.. but I am trying.. My goals for next week are as follows......
1. DRINK WATER!!! And I mean more than a glass a day no matter how hectic my schedule.
2. Exercise at least four times this week!!
3. Lose at least ONE pound. ( I think that is a feasible goal by next Sat!!!)
Other than that.. I can't think of anything else right now. I have a Ton of goals but none that I can accomplish in a week. My biggest is to get my hubby to start working out too... His lack of motivation kinda brings me down some days!
