Hi, I am new here and my name is Sandra. I am 22 years old and married to my high school sweetheart David. And I have a beautiful daughter named Emily who will be 2 in September. I have been over weight my entire life and have tried to diet a million times and it just clicked that it is not about a diet... it is about changing my lifestyle. I am very motivated this time because my husband is going to be joining the army and I want to slim down with him and actually take his breath away when he comes back from basic training. I would love to be set up with a coach. Sometimes I just need that extra push to get motivated.
