I would like to tell you guys that I have pulled out every Red T-shirt that I own to wear during this challange. I found a Red one that says \"Hottie\" on it That is going to be my workout shirt.
Another good thing about wearing Red is that Women\'s Heart Health Awareness month is Feb.
Oh yeah Valentines Day is tomarrow! Another great reason to wear Red!!
