Hi Everyone...

Look who's back Anna bananna talked me into joining all of you.

Here is the quickie update on me. Spidey no more..its more like The Green Goblin, he's a cranky teen lol. Seriously...still a great boy, just lives with a twist of a chip on his shoulder at times...to be expected. I just moved from my house which became a casualty of my divorce. I am slightly sad over the loss of the house but also eternallly grateful that I found a cute condo to rent in town. I moved my studio/gym into a commercial space so I'm flexing my business wings a bit and enjoying it!

On a more personal note, I put myself on dating time out about 7 months ago...after dating for two years and hitting brick walls and flinging other peoples baggage I decided I don't need to look for a man if its meant to happen it will. It's pretty liberating being OK with being alone and embracing the rest of what my world has to offer. I never want to lean on a man or look to a man to save my butt...I can do that all on my own!

Weight wise, I've been struggling for a year. I gained about 35 lbs after my bout with mono last year. I know your suppossed to lose weight...not me. I ate my way through my sleepiness. I'm definately fit but I would love to lose this weight and be back in my 10's. So here I am....I'm not counting points, I eat a balanced diet and try to keep track of myself with fitday. It works well with me although I never lost that point mentality, so you will also hear me referencing points at times.

I have missed all of you that I haven't kept up with on myspace and will be here regularly!

Have a great day, I'm off to the vet, my 17 year old cat has mites in her ears that caused an infection. I was up at 2 am squirting olive oil in her ear, YUCK. I also kept Cory home as the temps his 100 yesterday and he got sick at school, no air conditioning. I heard the temps will break today so hopefully back to normal today!
