My goals this week:
Hydrate, all my water EVERY day
Keep moving, maintain the workouts, add some more- perhaps walking??
Watch carefully everything I eat. I had a rough weekend and am trying not to beat myself up for some of the food choices I made, just moving forward.
Re-read the book on emotional eating, this time take notes (it belongs to the library
