congrats on the great loss n win!

I'm not gn 2 b able 2 weigh n till probably round 5pm or so. But when I get my results bad or good i'll update my weight ticker. My goals this wk:
-drink my 80 oz. of water a day
-continue through each day according 2 plan of my JC workout n diet
-be more support n help 2 my team n buddies on Buddyslim. (i've really slacked off..sorry

)
-hopefully lose 2 pds this wk
-eat no sweets
