My goals for the week:
-AbJam x 3 days
-Weights for arms X 3 days
-Push Ups & Press ups x 3 days
-Elliptical on 'Aerobic' x 3 days
-Squats & lunges x 3 days
-Hopefully getting out and running/walking on the American road in the evening while my boys ride their scooters.
-Continue eating well!
