Well, this last week wasn't great but it has motivated me. I met a few girlfriends out at a bar and felt so horrible about myself. I just do NOT take care of myself the way that I should and it was really awful to see how my self-esteem too a huge hit since I've gained a lot of my weight. A friend took a picture of that night and I can't believe how I look....
My goals for the week are:
1) At least 30 min of cardio 7 days
2) Strength training for 30 min three days a week
3) Remember that I am what I eat. If I eat garbage, I'm going to feel like garbage!
I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and post whatever the outcome is!!
