Morning Everyone! I too maintained again this week. Dang it! It's my own fault (I feel your pain Rebecca) I haven't even gone on a walk this week. My eating has been mostly on track... and I am glad I didn't gain, but it always sucks to gain or stay the same. Oh well, such is life. I just need to get back on track with working out. My schedule is stupid, and I can't go to water aerobics, so I have to find something to fill that void until my schedule changes again. Well I hope you all have a wonderful day! Talk to you soon
