I can definitely tell I'm toning up in my legs and arms. I kind of actually like the look of my legs when I look down. They look muscular but a toned muscular. Some of the jiggliness (not a word, I know) is going away and that's always a good thing! I am going to check out what kind of aerobic gear I can buy to use in my pool.
