Lara, you are cruising along girl. 7 miles Holy Cow. But remember, even if you did 7 miles today, you still have to do 5 miles tomorrow. It's the magic number to be consistent in developing a new healthy habit. Otherwise, it would be a trap to skip a day hoping that we would walk more the next day. That's how I gained weight, thinking that today I can let it go but tomorrow I will eat less and lose what I gain today. It did not work. Discipline starts today and consistency is the key. Sorry for lecturing... I learned this the hard way battling binge eating.

I bet that we will walk more than 105 miles at the end. I only did 4 so far but it's just 9:45 AM and I have more hours to catch up with you.
I know - I will do it, but sometimes, I just get rollin' LOL

I have made losing weight and getting fit my summer job! Just wish it had a salary - Great job with the four so far!

Stacey - you can do it!
